I bought an SFT+ to RJ45 device on Amazon.ca. The price is $43.99 with a 10% discount. So the total I paid is $44.34, including TAX.
10GBASE-T SFP+ Transceiver, 1.25/2.5/5/10G SFP+ to RJ45, 10Gb Copper SFP+ to Ethernet Module for Cisco SFP-10G-T-S, Ubiquiti UniFi UF-RJ45-10G, Mikrotik, Meraki, Netgear, D-Link and More, 1 Pack –
The package is quite simple. This one is on the TP-Link Switch SFP+ 10G port. I used the existing CAT5e cable. The other end of cable to my Desktop TP-link TX401 10Gigabit network card.
The maxmim cable length is 30M. The distance from the Switch to my desktop is about 10M. That’s why I think CAT5e is good enough.
Now, I did a iperf3 speed test between Proxmox VE host and the Desktop. Both with 10G connections to the Switch.

The speed is 8.4Gbits/sec. I am quite happy with the speed.
I was worried about the temperature of the device. I checked it after 5 hours.
It is 27 degrees. I think it will not be over 30 degrees if used heavily.
