I have a OBi 110 for many years. I used it for my Google Voice and another SIP provider. But last year, the OBi is not working with Google Voice anymore. Even I flashed the firmware. It extended the life a few months.
I have a brand new OBi200. I bought it in June 2017. Cost me US$47.46 plus tax.
The old OBi110 is much cheaper than before. I paid US$66 in 2012.

Just a few days ago, my OBi110 device does not work with my Google Voice. I can not dial out, and no incoming call, until today, I fixed it.
Sometimes it said some configuration error. I sign in my OBiTalk account at https://www.obitalk.com/obinet/
Normally, the device OBi110 can do the firmware update through the OBiTalk account dashboard. but it did not work this time.
When I sign in my account, then go to the device configuration page. I can setup Google Voice account by clicking the gear icon beside the account. But, now it is shown a warning or error without setup.
The error displayed is Authentication error.
Now, let me show you haw to fix this error. the most important part is to upgrade the firmware of the device.
The latest firmware is 1-3-0-2886, the current one on my OBi110 is 1.3.0 – 2872

Google Voice: Not Supported on OBi Devices After May 15, 2014
Back at the end of October, Obihai announced Google would end its support for the XMPP communication protocol. This announcement came on the heels of Google’s announcement that as of May 15th, XMPP would no longer be supported for third-party VoIP applications. The Google Voice service uses XMPP to connect the OBi to the service. With that, after May 15th Obihai will no longer support the Google Voice service on its OBi devices.
So, it is time to find a alternative service provider. Maybe I will choose one from the following:
