Error 0x800C0133 of Outlook Express

One desktop with Windows 2000 pro works fine, until one day. It can not receive email any more. Any time I click send/receive button on the Outlook Express, it gives me an error box, said 0x800C0133.
What’s wrong. I go to check the email folder. The physical file store all emails.
The inbox.dbx is over 2 GB.
I can see the oldest email is March 2005. The user has never organize the email and he still want to access these emails.
He is lucky, the inbox is still not corrupt. It just can not receive email any more.

How to re-create the shotcut of Show Desktop

Today, I have a problem because I run a strange program. It can not finish and show me error of .NET.
After that, I loss all my shortcuts in quick launch bar, and all shortcuts on desktop. And even my emails in Outlook express and bookmarks in IE.
It is big big proglems.
Here I just want to tell you how to re-create the shortcup of Show Desktop. I searh it by google, and found the Microsoft official solution “How to re-create the Show Desktop icon on the Quick Launch toolbar”. It is last review on September 14, 2006. It means that a lot of people have the same problem.
Let me show you how to re-built it.
1. Click Start , click Run, type notepad, and then click OK.
2. In Notepad, type the following text on individual lines:
[Shell]
Command=2
IconFile=explorer.exe,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop
3. On the File menu, click Save As, and then save the file to your desktop as Show Desktop.scf.
Note Notepad might automatically append a .txt extension to the file name. Remove this extension if present. The file name should be Show Desktop.scf.
