The Internet Service Provider I use is CIK Telcom. It is a virtual ISP. The connection is cable, actually from Shaw cable facility.

I did the speed test a long time ago, in 2008.

# Up to 5 Mbps download speed
# Up to 512 Kbps upload speed

Now, my connection plan is 25Mbps download and 2.5Mbps upload.

Let me use the Shaw Speedtest tool to check the speed now.

It is 23.3Mbps download and 1.7Mbps upload. Quite normal, because it is through Modem, router, Wifi. At the same time, there are about more than 5 devices still online now.

So the speed is acceptable.

I almost forget the link of the Shaw cable speed test url. https://speedtest.shaw.ca/
