This update is only applicable to North America devices.

The release notes for 1.10 are:

¤ Fix the issue with DS-Lite
¤ Fix the security issue with Samba
¤ Fix the issue with the mail server
¤ Fix the issue with DLNA
¤ Support the latest hidden page
¤ Support PPPoE Passthrough

I just don’t know what is latest hidden page.

My device info page of DIR-850L

dir-850-fw-update

The hardware version is A1, Firmware version shown as 1.10WW.

Anyone knows why it is not 1.10B08, but 1.10WW?

You can find the up time is 3days. It means I update this router 3 days ago. It is no problem with my network.

Here is the link to download the new firmware.  Canadian site link here.

  1. I’m having some rather severe problems with this router, and this firmware version disparity has confused the heck out of D-Link support. They’ve spent a lot of time trying to make sure I really downloaded the right version of the firmware despite my assurances. Glad to see this isn’t just me.
