豆角巧存贮

1.煮熟装袋法:将豆角洗净,用水煮熟,晾凉,装入小塑料袋内,放入冰箱冷冻,可存放较长时间。
2.锅蒸晒干法:把挑选好的豆角摘去筋蒂,用清水洗净后,上锅略蒸一下,挂在绳上晾至干透,拌少许精盐,装在塑料袋中放在通风处,可存放很长时间。
