My desktop is a DIY pc which I built in 2008.
The only one part changed is motherboard. I use ASUS P5Q se until now.
The OS on it is Windows 7 ultimate 32bit. Because I use 2GB memory only, the performance is not that good. The Windows Experience Index is 5.5.
Processor: 5.9
Memory(RAM): 5.5
Graphics: 7.1
Gaming Graphics: 7.1
Primary hard disk: 5.9
So Base score is 5.5.
Today, I bought 2X2GB memory from Future Shop.
Crucial 4GB 2X2GB PC2-6400 DDR2-800 CL6 240PIN DIMM Dual Channel Memory Kit.
I got price match at Future Shop with NCIX. So I paid $59.91.

Because it is Win 7 32bit. It can only use 3.25GB. Even I have 6GB now.
Anyway, I refresh the rating test. The new score is 5.9.
Processor: 5.9
Memory(RAM): 5.9
Graphics: 6.9
Gaming graphics: 6.9
Primary hard disk: 5.9
So, the base score is 5.9.
Index is increased from 5.5 to 5.9.
Later I will install Windows 7 64bit on it. And see how big difference will be.
