I have a forum powered by phpBB 3. It is very depending on the mods and my own customized changes on it. I can not expect what a big job when it upgrade to new version. I may test it for weeks to make sure all mods and changes can be smoothly merged to the phpBB 3.1.
Anyway, I have to say, no one knows the exact date of release of phpBB 3.1. What I can is WAIT.
